Refunds and return policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at Kelly's Smellies, if you are unhappy with a purchased product, please let us know. Our returns and refunds policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased online. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, therefore we encourage you to make sure that a product meets your needs within the first 7 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all products must be in their original unmarked packaging, including accessories, labels, free gifts, manuals and documentation shipped with the product. Once your returned product is received and accepted we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and will inform you if your refund has been granted or refused. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 14 days. No refunds will be granted to products with obvious signs of use, that are not in original condition for any reason not due to our error. We do not refund sale items unless they are defective. We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you let us know within the first 10 days. Any delivery discrepancies or damages must be reported in writing via email within 5 days. Failure to do so may result in a rejection of claims. Packing note will be required.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs unless the product is defective. If you are returning a product to us you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchase insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your product.
