When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
We work hard to restock popular items as quickly as possible. Restocking times vary depending on the product, but we typically receive new stock within 2-4 weeks. For specific items, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide an estimated restock date.
Can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?
Yes! If you're interested in a sold-out item, please contact us with the product name and we'll notify you as soon as it's back in stock.
Can I still order out-of-stock items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for items that are currently out of stock. However, once they're restocked, they'll be available to purchase immediately on our website.
How often do you update your inventory?
Our inventory is updated in real-time, so what you see on our website reflects our current stock levels. If an item shows as out of stock, it means we don't currently have it available.
What does 'sold out' mean - will it come back?
When an item is marked as sold out, it means we've temporarily run out of stock. Most of our sold-out items will be restocked, especially our popular products. If we're discontinuing an item permanently, we'll note that on the product page.
Why do some variants show as unavailable?
Individual variants (such as specific scents, sizes, or colours) may sell out while other variants of the same product remain available. We keep all variants visible so you can see the full range and check back when your preferred option is restocked.
