Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Domestic Delivery
We offer the following delivery options for mainland UK addresses:
- Evri Economy (5–7 Days) — £3.75 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Evri Economy (48 Hours) — £5.25 | Estimated delivery: 2 business days after dispatch
- DPD UK — Carrier-calculated at checkout | Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Royal Mail — Carrier-calculated at checkout | Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Yodel — Carrier-calculated at checkout | Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- FedEx UK — Carrier-calculated at checkout | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or adverse weather conditions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Special Handling
Some of our products — including fragrance oils, reed diffusers, and certain liquid-based items — may be subject to carrier restrictions for international shipping due to their classification as potentially hazardous goods. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss alternatives or issue a refund for affected items.
Wax melt products are fragile in extreme temperatures. During summer months or when shipping to warmer climates, please be aware that products may soften in transit. This does not affect quality or performance.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at kellyssmellies01@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
