A: For bagged vacuums, place the disc inside a new vacuum bag. For bagless vacuums, place it on top of the filter . Make sure it's secure and won't get sucked into the motor.

Q: Do I need to use a new disc every time I hoover?
A: No! Each disc lasts approximately 3 weeks, so you can hoover multiple times with the same disc. You'll get up to 6 weeks of fragrant cleaning from each 2-disc pack.

Q: How long does each disc last?
A: Each Hoover Disc lasts approximately 3 weeks with regular use. The fragrance will gradually fade over time. When you no longer smell the fragrance while hoovering, it's time to replace the disc.

Q: How strong is the fragrance?
A: Our Hoover Discs are made with highly concentrated premium fragrance oils, providing a powerful, room-filling aroma. The scent is released every time you vacuum, freshening your entire home as you clean.

Q: Can I smell the fragrance when the vacuum is off?
A: The fragrance is primarily released when the vacuum is running and air is flowing through the bag or filter. You may notice a subtle scent when opening your vacuum, but the main fragrance experience happens during hoovering.

Q: Why can't I smell the fragrance anymore?
A: If you can't smell the fragrance, it's likely time to replace the disc (after about 3 weeks). Also check that the disc is properly positioned and hasn't moved. Sometimes 'nose blindness' can occur - try having someone else check if they can smell it.

A: Yes! Our Hoover Discs work with all types of vacuum cleaners - bagged, bagless, upright, cylinder, and handheld models. Just place them in the bag or on the filter.

Q: Can I use them in a Dyson or other bagless vacuum?
A: Absolutely! For bagless vacuums like Dyson, simply place the disc on top of the filter  where it won't interfere with the vacuum's operation.

Q: Can I use more than one disc at a time for a stronger scent?
A: We recommend using one disc at a time as they're highly concentrated. If you want a stronger scent, ensure the disc is properly positioned for maximum airflow.

Q: What happens when I change my vacuum bag?
A: When you change your vacuum bag, simply remove the disc from the old bag (if it still has fragrance left) and place it in the new bag. If the disc has been used for 3 weeks or no longer smells, replace it with a fresh one.
